Return Policy

Happiness IS the key to life; and we want you to be
happy with your new ISLAND SPICE goods. If for some
reason you’re not stoked on any item then return
it for a full refund. We stand behind everything that
we sell and will gladly make an exchange, refund your
money, or credit your account if you feel dissatisfied
with any of our products. It’s that simple. We
honor up to 30 days for you to return your merchandise
from the date you received it. Please contact one of
our sales representatives and indicate the item(s) you
are returning and the reason for your return. Also indicate
if you would prefer a charge credit (to the card originally
used), refund, or an exchange. For credit card purchases
please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the credit
refund date for the credits to appear your credit card
account. If you are exchanging, let us know exactly
what you would like. If by chance you’ve relocated
and your address is different from the original order,
please send to us your new address and any other helpful
information. All returned apparel or items are to be
returned unworn or unused in its original like-new condition.
Please take note that all returned merchandise is subject
to inspection before issuing a refund, exchange, or
credit to your account. If a product needs to be repacked
or pressed for resale, a $5 dollar per product restocking
charge may be deducted from your refund. Remember to
save your packing slip/invoice as your receipt. When
returning merchandise, be sure to pack securely (in
the original package if possible) and send it with a
COPY of your receipt. Please send returned packages
pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend
that you send your returned merchandise prepaid via
USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) and track your return
to confirm that we have received it. The US Postal Service
offers a delivery confirmation service for less than
a $ buck. For valued items, you may want to consider
insuring your package as an ease of mind. If you choose
to select another carrier to ship your return, we suggest
you use a carrier such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx that provides
tracking information which requires a release signature.
Remember, all return and exchange shipping charges are
non refundable and are your responsibility. If by chance
your product was damaged, you were sent a defective
product, or we made our occasional “boo-boo”
and accidentally sent you the wrong product by mistake;
we will gladly refund or credit all of your return and
exchange shipping charges. When a damaged item, defective
item or accidental mistake has occurred, please contact
us at your earliest convenience so our customer service
representative can assist you. Once again, remember
to save your receipt and send a COPY with your return.

stick em’, stamp em’, and ship em’
kind of company. And if the surf is up, it’s possible
your order might get delayed another day or two cause
we’re pullin’ into some BIG, FAT, JUICY,
BLUE, FROTHY barrels. When the waves are PUMPING, our
only concept of time is TUBE time! And if you’ve
ever hung out in da’ islands you’ll understand
more about the locals irie island foot shufflin’
vibe and pace known more as “Polynesian paralysis”.
For some of us, it’s even necessary to check our
pulse every ten minutes or so. No Hurries….No
Worries. No worries bruddahs and sistahs, you know we
LOVE ya with all da’ BIG kine Alohas and we feel
ever so blessed & grateful to have your support.
We will quickly pop your order(s) in da’ mail
as soon as it flows into place. You’ll know what’s
up because we’ll either give you a buzz or contact
you with an E-mail confirmation within a few days. *Our
standard method of shipping is U.S. Postal Service
priority mail. Normal delivery times from the shipping
date to receiving your order can take up to 2-3 business
days to other Hawaiian Islands and 3-7 business days
to the U.S. mainland. All USPS priority mail shipments
are sent with delivery confirmation. You may call
your local post office and give them the delivery
confirmation number that was e-mailed to you when
your order was shipped or go to the United States
Postal Service web site at www.usps.gov.
*Any orders shipped to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO military
addresses are ONLY shipped USPS priority mail at our
standard shipping rate which varies depending on the
amount of your order. Please note that USPS tracking
is not available for APO/FPO deliveries. Also, the
larger shipping companies that require signature releases
such as UPS or FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
or APO/FPO military addresses. Nor do we offer express
delivery services for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military
addresses.
*We can express ship orders to other Hawaiian Islands,
Alaska, and U.S. mainland using USPS (United States
Postal Service) Express Mail 1 Day service. We charge
a minimum of $15+ dollars for all express delivery
requests; but actual cost will vary depending on exact
package weight.
*If you are sending Island Spice goods to multiple
destinations please know that each order will be transacted
separately.
* Our shipping and handling charges are as follows:

$0-$25 = $7.00
$25.01-$50 = $8.00
$50.01-$75 = $9.00
$75.01-$100 = $10.00
$100.01-$150 = $11.00
$150.01-$200 = $12.00
$200.01+ = $13.00+
You will be notified for approval if any additional
shipping charge adjustments are to be added to your
bill.
*OUT OF STOCK ITEMS*
If we are currently out of a certain product, you
will be notified before we ship your order. You will
be given the option to replace the item of equal value
or remove them from the order. Also, we will inform
you about the time frame for the initial product you
ordered to be in stock again that we are currently
out of with the interest to service you as our valued
customer. Remember, you are not charged on your credit
card until the order is shipped. If you mailed us
another form of payment we can either issue a refund
for the amount of the item we do not have in stock
or discuss other options that will keep you as our
happy customer.
